David was born and raised in Pennsylvania, where he attended Eastern Lebanon County High School. At the young age of 15, he became a junior firefighter, first-responder ambulance attendant, and a police explorer for his community. After graduating high school, he moved to Broward County, Florida, with his family. There, he became a volunteer firefighter with the Coral Springs Fire Department and worked as an EMT for AMR Ambulance. David was then hired by the City of Hollywood Fire-Rescue department at the age of 19 as a firefighter-paramedic. He obtained his Associates Degree in Fire Science from Broward College. He then started his own successful pressure cleaning company as owner/operator for 20 years. He retired from the fire department after serving for 31 years and sold his pressure cleaning business shortly thereafter. David then set his sights on becoming a mortgage broker where he could continue to help and serve others. He works diligently towards finding options and solutions for his client’s specific needs. He prides himself on his organizational and customer service skills. When not serving his clients, David enjoys watching documentaries, exercising, is a mental health advocate, and loves spending time with his amazing and beautiful daughter, Julia.

Previously used other lenders twice and failed to get anything accomplished. This was definitely not the case with Dave and Premier Lending! From start to finish was less than 30 days! He even made sure we closed early due to me going on vacation so I wouldn’t be penalized. I can’t thank them enough for their hard work and professionalism. He also made sure that refinancing our mortgage at this time would still be financially beneficial to us after all fees and closing costs were taken into consideration. He walked us through every step of the process to make sure we understood everything. He helped make the entire process quick and easy, going above and beyond by reaching out to insurance companies and the property appraisers office for us. The best experience I’ve ever had getting a mortgage. I would highly recommend them.
