Tippi Schalkham is a Mortgage Loan Originator with Certified Mortgage Planner and she first joined the team in March 2020. Tippi previously worked in commercial lending as a Portfolio Manager for many years. Since she had a love for the lending field, she decided to get her license to originate in the residential market. Tippi is a mom to 3 wonderful children and has been happily married for 15 years. When she is not taking care of her family she enjoys spending time with her 2 dogs and loves to garden. She is also a Mountaineer and graduated from West Virginia University in 2003.
